On Monday, October 25th we're hosting one of our largest events to date. We're doing it BIG for the culture!
Seven artists from SZN 2 of our Tiny Desk like performance series, Fourth Mondays, are going to hit the stage and give you one of the best concerts you've ever been to in your life!
We'll have tables and seating for folks who like to enjoy concerts like a show and a dance for those who like to get it popping!
Oh, and we serving free drinks 🍷!
It's our anniversary baby, it's only right 🥳.
Fourth Mondays Backstory
You may know us for our Second Mondays open mic. Mondays work for us :).
Right before the world closed we planned to host a monthly concert featuring INCREDIBLE emerging artists in the Bay. Guess what? We didn't let anything stop us. We decided to go digital launch SZN 1 and SZN 2 of the Fourth Mondays YouTube performance series.
It's finally time for everyone to enjoy the vibes they've grown to love IRL at the California Ballroom managed by Oakstop.
The Fourth Mondays Line Up:
Our Partners: Oakstop Alliance + The Life is Living Festival
Oakstop is more than Black own business that not only has a coalition of beautiful venues ranging from co-working space to ballrooms in downtown Oakland. Oakstops executive team serves and mentors a community of Black businesses and entrepreneurs. We're so thankful to them for space and for showing us how to accomplish our dreams on a major level!
Oakstop Alliance serves as the branch of Oakstop that intentionally continues Oakstop's mission to serve its community.
The Fourth Mondays Concert is one of the Life is Living line-up events. The Life is Living Festival is an eco-equity, interdisciplinary festival that centers historically underserved neighborhoods and communities with programming in public spaces that have been otherwise neglected. The LiL Festival has taken place at Little Bobby Hutton Park for 13 years.
The LiL cohort consists of 100+ artists and organizations who power the festival as an intergenerational kaleidoscope of Oakland life. They've been Keeping Oakland, Oakland Since 08, holding sacred space in the vein of resistance, art, love, honoring Black and Brown Lives, and being a catalyst for larger discussions around environmental racism, social ecology and social responsibility.

Gold Beams curates events, experiences, programming and productions for Black creatives and our Black community at large.
You're Going to Have the Time of Your Life.

Everything we do we do to make you happy. There's a lot of love going into this event and you're going to feel it ❤️.
